Railwaymen in the First World War

The National Railway Museum in York has created a database of 20,000 railwaymen who died in the First World War.

They plan to convert the data into a more usable and searchable form in time for the launch of their First World War exhibitions and websites in summer 2016. A team of enthusiastic volunteers are working to add new information to the list – they also produce promotional blogs and social media, some examples are below:
