We are delighted to announce the first seminar for 2018 will be Dr Andrew Bamji!

His paper, ‘Faces from the Front: Harold Gillies, the Queen’s Hospital, Sidcup and the Origins of Modern Plastic Surgery’, based on his recently-released book of the same name will be taking place on Thursday 15 February 2018.

As always, the event is free and begins at 5pm, so please do come along! We will be in the Leeds Humanities Research Institute, Seminar Room 1.

Looking forward to seeing many of you there, it promises to be a really fascinating paper.
